“KURS-93M” is a new generation of domestic navigation-landing equipment, developed on the basis of single-chip microcomputers.
By its technical and operational characteristics “KURS-93M” fully corresponds to the ICAO requirements. This equipment can be used on any types of aircrafts and helicopters without any restrictions.
Currecntly it is installed don AN-140, AN-38, MIG-29 aircrafts, MI-8 helicopters as well as located on other aircrafts.
The system provides for navigation of the aircrafts flights by radiobeacons of VOR system, prelanding maneuvers and approach landing by ILS and SP-50 radiobeacons, as well as marker radiobeacons flyby signaling.
The system comprises radio receiving block on shock frame and control panel.
Developed by experts of Kiev CJSC «Ukrainian research institute of radio equipment», Kiev.
